It’s all happening again  April 29th /30th in 2023 JIMNA ROCKS is back over the May long weekend.

After two successful events the bands and crew are all pumped for this one. 2023 will feature a diverse range of music over the two-day camping long weekend filled with live music and activities for all the family..

JIMNA ROCKS celebrates music in all its forms and offers a chance to escape the city and mingle with the artists.

Jimna Base Camp will play host to the 3rd annual Jimna Rocks and is situated in the Somerset Region just two hours north of Brisbane on the D'Aguilar Highway.

Known as "Yowie country" there were reports of a few sightings at the last Jimna Rocks event that cannot be confirmed or denied but coming into its 3rd year the line-up is sure to lure him out of the surrounding bush to join in the fun.

Jimna Base Camp was the old Jimna State School that was converted in 2019 into a 2-acre, flat-level, campground with hot showers and plenty of amenities on six acres of quiet seclusion, right in the heart of the tiny township of Jimna.

Situated in the most northern part of the Somerset Region the area hosts nearby gorges, ravines, creeks, and waterfalls and it’s 35 km north of Kilcoy.

There are no shops, fuel station or ATMs in this tiny historic village that dates back to the timber milling and gold mining days of early Australia. but you can find all these conveniences and supplies at Kilcoy before you make your way to Jimna. 

Since 2021 Jimna comes alive when Jimna Rocks comes to town.

Immerse yourself in the bush with live music, campfires and a variety of food trucks that will be onsite. The community bar will be open, manned by the local Jimna cricket club volunteers.

The bar is set on a small hill above the campgrounds that makes for a perfect viewpoint overlooking the grounds and stage area.

JIMNA ROCKS is fast becoming known as the place to be in 2023.as a perfect weekend getaway with exceptional music at the grassroots festival featuring over 100 artists coming together from Brisbane, Gold Coast. Toowoomba, and Northern NSW.

Gather up your friends and family, pack up the van, get the camping gear ready and secure your tickets as their are limited numbers. We have capped the numbers to keep it the unique boutique festival free of large crowds. 

Early bird discount tickets will be limited and can be purchased via Eventbrite December 1st, you can find the link below.

Camping onsite will be limited, Peachtrees National Park is the only other option if you miss out on a ticket to camp onsite.

Day Passes will not be limited and available on the gate or Via Moshtix December 1st

On arrival to Jimna you will be directed to where you can set up camp and settle in for what's going to be a great weekend.

JIMNA ROCKS is BYO but we encourage a trip to the bar at least once to support the local guys and our sponsors Young Henrys and Coopers.

Explore the area and visit the markets at the local hall or on the festival grounds.

Kick back and enjoy the smell of campfires and food smells wafting through the air.
